Bloke on front counter to busy talking to his boy friend made us wait for 20min then thought he knew everything and would not listen to what we wanted , wouldn't give us prices . Ended up going to battery world in Maitland. Please don't wast time at Bridgestone .
I recently moved to the area and have gone to this business requiring new tyres, wheel alignment and the Asian looking guy was nothing short of rude so used th other tire shop in Kurri Kurri ONeils Tyres with refreshing 5 star service as one would expect. I will never use Bridgestone tyres in Kurri ever again.
Davids service on the front desk is superb. Both he and the staff there are very knowledgeable, and very friendly. They have a good range of tyres to suit every budget or car...Highly recommended
While waiting for my new tyres the machenics swearing and screaming at each other slamming doors and throwing things at the poor reception guy while a customer was paying her bill. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave I will not be back Lucky the guy at the desk apologised for what myself and others witnessed..
Terrible service. Had to go back due to tyre not put on properly. And then when questioned why the washers werent put on, got abused from the staff
