Had what turned out to be a simple issue with my computer. Took it in, got it looked at, was finished 15 minutes later. Customer service was great, knew what they were doing and didn't bother charging for such a simple fix. Been back a couple times and service is always the same quality and service costs low if at all. Would recommend.

so i had multiple faults with my computer and brought my PC TameThatComputer and straight away i assumed I would've had to of paid a diagnostic fee like every other PC store turns out i didn't have to, every time there was a problem it was fixed in less then a couple hours with most times needing no payment and when it was a major problem it was fast and easy. by far the best store out for fixes and diagnostics not to mention the people behind the counter are incredibly inviting, you will not be upset vising this Establishment for all your computer needs.
Polite, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish all the shops in kurri had service as good as these guys.
