I have been in several times. I have been a customer both in "Casual" attire, and also have presented in more respectable clothing... This was just to confirm a theory. Regardless of appearance, or the amount of money in ones' wallet, every transaction has been delivered by a rude or disinterested staff member. The consistency of rudeness is mind boggling. I will not be frequenting the shop ever again. You have lost the sale of cigarettes and NRL merchandise from me. That will equate to approx $8000 per year that you will not receive from this disgruntled customer. A word from some one with 30 years of retail experience.... Treat your customers with dignity and respect.
